Raccoon Valley Martial Arts Academy


     Chung Kim's Martial Arts Academy of Adel is a family oriented center. Our goal is to teach 
    martial arts in the original Korean style, to people of all ages. Our school provides an 
    encouraging and friendly atmosphere, making it fun to get in great shape while establishing 
    some new friendships. We are located at 104 S. 7th Street Adel Iowa.

     Martial arts is more than being able to defend yourself. People who study martial arts form 
    the habit of setting and reaching goals, they have more confidence in themselves and have a 
    higher level of self-esteem. In addition, they also have less stress, show much lower levels 
    of anxiety ,and, of course physical fitness and muscle toning are greatly increased.

     Children who study martial arts are given a defining edge that they will carry for the rest 
    of their lives. Their social and leadership skills are greatly increased, and they display  
    marked focus and concentration improvement. These children expect to reach their goals and 
    succeed at what they set out to do.

Monthly Membership

$65.00 per month

$40.00 per test (white-brown belts) testing available every 10-12 weeks

With 15 days notice, skip a month and come right back!

Black Belt Agreement

$65.00 per month (or less if you choose to make down-payment)

Includes all classes up to black belt and testing fees through brown belt

Length of agreement based on minimum number of months needed to reach 1st Dan Black Belt

Students may switch from Monthly Membership to Black Belt Agreement at any time up to green belt level, with 15 days written notice.

Black Belts

$20.00 per year to American Black Belt Federation, due each January

$20.00 per month includes all classes
